1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Claw Guides (clawguides.ai), operated by NeoShips ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Claw Guides provides digital products including PDF playbooks, guides, templates, skills packages, and free tools such as the OpenClaw Web Installer. All digital products are delivered electronically.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds unless the product is materially defective or not as described.
4. Free Tools
Free tools, including the OpenClaw Web Installer, are provided "as is" without warranty. The installer generates shell scripts that run on your local machine. We are not responsible for any issues arising from running generated scripts, including but not limited to software conflicts, data loss, or system changes. You are responsible for reviewing scripts before execution.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Claw Guides, including playbooks, guides, templates, code examples, and branding, is the intellectual property of NeoShips. Purchased products are licensed for personal and internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased content without written permission.
6. User Content
By submitting your name and email through our forms, you consent to receiving occasional emails about product updates, new guides, and relevant content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content. Use of our guides, templates, and tools is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoShips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
9. Third-Party Services
Our products reference third-party tools and services (OpenClaw, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Ollama, Telegram, etc.). We are not affiliated with these services unless explicitly stated, and we are not responsible for their availability, terms, or functionality.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
